Choosing the right grip size plays a crucial role in comfort and safety when cycling. Grip size is measured based on the distance from the end of the middle finger to the crook of the thumb, as these dimensions enclose the grip. The handle sizes vary in terms of diameter, length and shape.

When it comes to gripping bicycle handlebars from the outside, there are different approaches.
